Bare in mind this is a private flat so there will be some personal items in it. The space The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard with large leafy trees and is perfect for an alfresco breakfast. The second bedroom features a mezzanine double bed accessible by climbing the Swedish ladder, and a desk space perfectly set up for working from home and business visits. The bathroom sports a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. The open plan living room-kitchen-dinner has all the latest mod-cons for your comfortable self sufficient stay. The living room balcony overlooks a large park and neighbouring historic buildings. The flat is on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift. Guest access This is a live in flat so expect to find some private items in it. Other things to note The double mezzanine bed is accessed by climbing the Swedish ladder, vertical exercise ladder doubling as a climbing ladder. Not advised for kids under 6. If you think the mezzanine bed might be too difficult to reach, we can make adjustments and lower the mattress from the mezzanine to the floor. Please let us know in advance if you require any adjustments of this nature. Unfortunately, we do not have free parking. You can park your car at the nearby parking for 7.8€ per day.
