House with garden on the ramparts

Welcome to Moncontour, in the heart of the medieval city! Stay in an old 17th century grocery store, with atypical charm and completely renovated for your comfort. Nestled on the ramparts, the house offers a unique panorama and reveals the hidden backstage of the Moncontour houses. Ideally located in the historic center, close to the church, you will be close to local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, etc.) and typical restaurants of the region. The space The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. In the attic, an office with a Wi-Fi amplifier is at your disposal. It also has a quiet terrace and a garden located on the ramparts. An indoor elevator provides easy access to the three levels of the house: basement, ground floor and first floor. Access to the attic is via a ladder staircase. Guest access The house is completely reserved for you. Parking is available nearby, in the spaces next to the house or in Place Penthièvre located 2 steps away (free parking). Other things to note To get to our house, when you arrive at the foot of the village, take Rue de la Herse, continue on Rue du Champ à Lavoir. Turn right onto Rue du Bel Orient, at the end of the street turn left onto Rue des Dames. You will then find parking spaces on the left. Park here or, if there are no spaces, continue straight to Penthièvre Square where there are plenty of parking spaces.
