Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor, and guests are required to climb one flight of stairs to access. Other things to note No Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, but please keet the apartment door closed. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Accessibility: The apartment is located on the first floor, and accessible by one flight of stairs - it is not accessible by lift. and unsuitable for guests with mobility considerations. Parking: We off free undercover parking on site with a height clearance of 2.2m, and free parking in the street available for larger vehicles. EV Charging: There are two power points in the car park area available for charging electric vehicles.
