You'll find clean, modern facilities and living spaces, secured with keypad locks. 5 air conditioned bedrooms allow a large family, or invite your extended family and friends! The space This estate overlooks the Nanticoke Valley and the West Corners of Endicott, NY. Flanked by large hay fields you'll find the homestead a peaceful and private location to get away. Country living, only 10 minutes from town. Eat-in using our fully outfitted kitchen with 14 feet of countertop, moveable butcher block, spices, gas stove, dishwasher, flat-top grill, and more! Dining room easily handles 12 or more, with options (upon request) to expand with round tables into the Fireplace room - for a few dozen or so. Three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and TP (of course!). Extra toiletries, hair dryer, iron, are on hand also. Large living room and an adjacent large family room allow for epic friends and family gatherings. Bedrooms each have a unique decorator's touch and include 1 Queen and 4 Full beds, desk space, large closets, ceiling fans, lighted nite stand(s) with USB ports. Guest access Only minutes from town, arrive on Pitkin Hill from the south, and we are the "6th house on the right". Note WAZE navigation will send you two doors north (~1/2 mile). Google Maps got it right. House number is on mailbox across the road. Enter our paved driveway for off-street parking, just a few steps from the front door. Use the provided access code on the front door keypad to enter day or night. You'll have access to the large outdoor spaces, or enjoy board games/cards/puzzles inside. Relax by the outdoor fire pit (wood may be supplied for a small fee). Use the ping pong table in the garage, portable pickle ball court in the driveway for your enjoyment!
