Harmol Cottage offers guests both a comfortable yet spacious traditional Lakeland cottage in the heart of this popular Lakeland village and is located at the end of in a quiet terraced row providing easy access to a variety of shops, cafes and pubs. Harmol Cottage is a pet friendly. You will be spoiled for choice on the selection of restaurants and tourist attractions available locally and with the added advantage of also being only a few minutes stroll away from Lake Windermere itself. The space The cottage has a delightful, cosy lounge with lakeland slate open fire for those cosy evenings in along with ample supply of DVD's and Board Games. The dining room is spacious and perfect for a family meal or a board game. There is also a writing desk which can be used as a dedicated workspace. A bright kitchen is well supplied with all modern appliances to afford you the perfect self catering holiday. Upstairs to a large front bedroom with kingsize bed, perfect for those lazy weekend lie-ins. The twin room is located next to the house bathroom and is a comfortable and bright room. The house bathroom provides guests with both a bath to soak in after a day on the fells and a shower over the bath. Across a split step landing to the main bedroom with Kingsize bed and seating area. Outside to a private, enclosed yard and outhouse at the rear, which can be utilised to store bicycles securely. This cottage welcomes pets. Guest access Guests have access to all areas. Other things to note There is a split landing at the top of staircase, handrails are in place. One parking permit available which allows guests to park in the marked areas on the road outside the cottage and two neighbouring streets. Additional non permit parking is available nearby. We can accommodate up to two pets.
