The JACOBIN is a newly renovated apartment located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the Convention Center and Place des Lices. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and the beds will be made for your arrival to ensure a stress-free stay. The space The apartment is located in the heart of Rennes’ historic center, on a pedestrian street, on the 2nd floor of a small building on Rue Saint-Michel, just a stone’s throw from Place Sainte-Anne. The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, a spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom overlooking a quiet rear courtyard, ensuring peaceful nights. A dedicated workspace is also available, ideal for remote working. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a traditional oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large closet. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, household linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, dish towel, bath mat), along with a few essentials to get you started (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid). Towels: 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Apartment highlights: Netflix subscription, Nespresso machine, bed linen and towels included, metro just 50 meters away. The neighborhood offers plenty of shops and restaurants: bakery, grocery store, newsagent, delicatessen, and crêperie. The apartment is at the heart of Rennes’ vibrant life, perfect for a romantic getaway or a business trip, thanks to its proximity to the Convention Center. Guest access The apartment and all its amenities are entirely at your disposal. Self check-in is available. Other things to note For any request for early or late arrival, or departure after 11 a.m., an additional fee will be charged. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom. Please do not remove mattress protectors or pillow protectors.
