Our Cabin is available when booking for 15 or more ppl, or for an extra fee Fully equipped kitchen, huge outdoor Pizza Oven, Smart TVs with Stan, Netflix, etc Indoor & outdoor fireplaces, heaters and fans in all rooms, air-con & heating in all living spaces The space The Maple Lodge 🍁 is an eclectic 5 bedroom farm house with a huge Loft that can be set up with extra beds when you book for 11 or more people, and Tiny Cabin (when you book for 15+ people) located on five acres in Robertson NSW, a few minutes drive from Robertson town and 20 mins from Bowral & Moss Vale. 3 friendly ALPACAS 🦙 (Kerri Paca, James and Frank) live on the property as well as 2 friendly GOATS 🐐 (Apple & Peanut) 2 PIGS 🐖 (Baby & Brian), who you can pat, and feed during your stay as well as a family of chickens 🐓 The majority of our animals have been adopted. Kindly note the 2 ponies no longer live on our farm. Did you know that BABE the movie was filmed around the corner? 🐷 🎥 We host intimate weddings and small events for an additional fee. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances, a large modern living & dining space with Aircon, Heating, Foxtel, Netflix & indoor and outdoor fireplaces, huge outdoor PIZZA 🍕 OVEN (imported from Italy 🇮🇹 ), Webber BBQ, games room with Pool Table 🎱 Pinball machine, outdoor Ping Pong 🏓 Our huge loft entertainment area is great for families with kids or large groups — and has aircon, heating & Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, a huge DVD collection, and is where we can set up additional beds when you book for 11 or more people. Enjoy and outdoor shower, comfortable outdoor lounges and outdoor dining to enjoy the gardens! 🍃 Lots of space to hang out and enjoy the country life, and the company of our friendly animals! The Maple Lodge has 2.5 bathrooms, with an ensuite in the large master bedroom. Extra beds can be set up when booking for larger groups. The very spacious Master Bedroom has an AH Beard Commercial Grade King bed & a baby cot, 4 bedrooms have AH Beard Commercial Grade Queen beds and the Loft upstairs can be set up with 2 single beds and 1 double floor mattress, if you’re booking for larger groups. Please let us know upon booking so we can set up extra beds. Our Tiny Cabin is adults only, with a queen bed, can be rented when you book for 15 or 16 guests. Refer to photos on listing. Cabin is very small, has no toilet and is 40 metres from the house. All bed linen and towels are provided (beds will be made) as well as Leif Botanicals body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea & coffee — the basics. There are gas/wall heaters and floor fans in all rooms and in bedrooms, including the Loft & Cabin. We have aircon in the Loft & Living Room only. We would appreciate if you are honest from the time you book when you select amount of people staying and/or coming into the property and the purpose of your stay - for example, event or wedding. You may be asked to vacate, if you do not disclose how many guests are attending and staying, prior to checking in. Please kindly note we have external security cameras at entrances to the property. We ask you to please bring your own extra firewood & firestarters which can be purchased from the local fuel station or grocer, just 5 mins drive away as well as olive oil for cooking, milk, butter etc. We provide only the basics. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property (5 acres of land), a legit outdoor Pizza Oven which makes delicious pizzas, just like in Italy. You’ll get to meet and feed (please bring carrots 🥕) the friendly ALPACAS, GOATS & PIGS during your stay with us. The house is close to waterfalls at Nellies Glen, Carrington Falls (10 min drive) which is great for swimming in hotter months. Other things to note Ask us for recommendations, we have plenty! And please bring some carrots for the animals, they’ll be your best friend for it. Water is drinkable and has gone through a double filtration method. Kindly note we have a NO SHOES policy, as we have carpets inside the majority of the house.
