With far-reaching views across the estuary, it is the perfect spot to sit back and watch life on the water unfold. Nestled between Falmouth’s two piers for access to St Mawe's and the Helford, and a stone’s throw away from the best pubs, bars, eateries, and shops, it really is the perfect central location and only 10min walk to the beach. The space This quaint and historic cottage has all the charm of a Cornish fishing town on the outside, yet inside, it is bright and fresh, and suited to modern living. The space has high ceilings throughout, stunning river views from all rooms and two en suite bathrooms, perfect for families or couples. There is also a separate laptop friendly office with views across the estuary. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy full access to the entire home. Other things to note Free off street parking is available in Falmouth. Due to recent changes with Falmouth Town Council’s parking regulations for non residents, we are no longer able to guarantee dedicated parking in our space. If you require parking, we can offer lots of suggestions. Guests are welcome to drop luggage off outside the house.
