Casa Ficaia, hamlet with sharing pool

Welcome to the Cortinova Marrocco village in Rapolano Terme (Siena), part of our wine estate. Casa Ficaia is a Tuscan style house ,two floors, free on three sides. It has two bedrooms, one a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The other is double and is located on the first floor. The two floors are connected by a staircase. Outside you have a table with chairs. The swimming pool is just 50 mt from the house. Air conditioning and wi-fi available. The space The village of Cortinova Marrocco is located in Rapolano Terme, in the province of Siena. Dating back to around 1700, it is a historic farmhouse carefully restored in keeping with its original architectural character. The property consists of seven apartments and can accommodate up to 39 guests. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a spacious garden featuring two barbecues and two wood-burning ovens available for use. Wi-Fi is also available in the pool area. A car is essential for reaching the property, and we kindly ask guests to respect designated quiet hours. Guest access Welcome to our winery, a sprawling 2,000-hectare estate of woods, vineyards, and olive groves. Guests have free access to all areas of the hamlet's garden and the swimming pool. For any information, please visit the reception, located just 4 km from the hamlet, where you can also purchase our wines and enjoy a tasting experience. Other things to note We offer various additional services such as breakfast at home, shopping service, diner delivery. Don't hesitate to ask for more information. We cannot provide olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the apartment. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. It depends on the weather.
