This is a very small guest room that otherwise has all the amenities of the other guest rooms. TV, free WiFi, fruit basket, snacks, fresh water. The bathroom is shared. No shared use of the kitchen! Cooking in the room is not allowed, not even the hot preparation of (Asian) dry dishes. The space It's warm and familiar with me. My guests live with me and together with me in my apartment in the guest rooms. We share the bathroom and you always have priority :-). This really very small, cozy room is best suited for 1 person with small luggage. Perfect for business travelers: large desk, scanner / printer, Wi-Fi anyway. The guest room has a blackout roller blind on the skylight. Private key. The bathroom is shared. A dog is only possible after prior telephone request and coordination and with proof of vaccination. I offer my guests a hygienic and healthy environment as in their own home. The beautifully furnished guest room with CITY VIEWS is equipped with a flat-screen TV and iron and ironing board (on request). Other amenities include a fan, tea and coffee making facilities, fruit basket and fresh water in the room, as well as the shared use of a luxurious bathroom with raindance shower, hairdryer and bathrobe (on request) and toiletries. Free parking is available in front of the house. Meal Fresh, filtered, still water is available in your room at all times. Various restaurants within walking distance invite you to enjoy delicacies from different countries. You will be offered specialties of Turkish, Japanese and Italian cuisine as well as high-quality Swabian dishes. No shared use of the kitchen! Likewise, cooking in the room is not allowed, nor is the hot preparation of (Asian) dry dishes. Guest access My apartment is accessible by elevator (4th floor) except for a few steps. During your stay Additional information Please note! The guest room is available from 1 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 9:00 am on the day of departure. Early check-in or Late check-out can be requested subject to availability and for an extra charge of €15. Please contact me early to let me know when you will arrive. Other things to note By booking, you accept the following *house rules*, compliance with which is the basis for your (further) access to my premises: 1) Please let me know your intended check-in time at least 2 days prior to arrival so that I can be home at this time if possible and welcome you. 2) Check-in times are 11 am to 7 pm. 3) At check-in, I will use a forehead thermometer at my own discretion both on myself and on each guest. Unfortunately, guests with a temperature of 38 degrees or higher or signs of a cold are not allowed to enter the accommodation. In this case, the cancellation policy in effect on the effective date will apply. 4) Do not smoke in the rooms, in the stairwell and in the entrance area in front of the house. Feel free to smoke on the balcony, if booked and also ok for the other guests. 5) If the guest room smells of smoke or otherwise has a strong or smoky smell, I will charge an increased cleaning fee of €20/night per guest, which is immediately due in cash. 6) Shoes must be taken off in front of the apartment door without exception and are welcome to be parked there. The apartment and especially the guest room must not be entered with street shoes. 7) Quiet hours at night are from 10 pm to 7 am throughout the house. Please also be quiet in the stairwell for the sake of my neighbors and in my apartment as well. 8) I'll follow local laws on hosting guests and will record your personal details at check-in. Please have your ID and proof of address / contact details ready. 9) Downloading protected content and pornography as well as prohibited content is absolutely prohibited. Each guest will be held legally and legally responsible for copyright infringements and legally prohibited actions. 10) No additional persons / visitors are allowed who are not registered with ID and/or are guests of the house. No parties or events. 11) No bookings allowed for other people if you are not also traveling. Please ensure your telephone availability. IMPORTANT NOTE: This guest room is only awarded to ABSOLUTE NON-SMOKERS. Due to current events, I would like to point out once again that the room can only be booked for absolute non-smokers. So people who really don't smoke at all. Not even outside. This is because the room is very small and the smell of smoked clothing does not go away for days. Besides, I don't want back and forth in the stairwell at night and smoking guests outside the front door.
