Located on the first floor of an old house, in the heart of the village of Lescun. We offer this superb 90 m2 apartment, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, opening from the living room and its terrace onto the Cirque de Lescun. On the top floor of this house, an independent accommodation is occupied year-round by the owner. The space A living room, dining room, kitchen including wood heating, overlooking a private terrace and garden with mountain views, not to mention the barbecue! (Charcoal is provided.) Wood heating (pellets) + electric, oven, roaster for cooking in the oven, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, mixed gas and induction cooktop, toaster, dishes and utensils, everything is NEW. Three independent bedrooms: new bedding (2 x 160 cm and one 140 cm), wardrobe closets, electric heating. A bathroom, equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a hanging toilet. Heated towel rail, hairdryer. A second separate toilet, including a sink, is in the hallway. Laundry room on the ground floor with freezer, washer and dryer, dryer. A bathroom, with shower, sink, bidet, is also available, mainly used in summer. Guest access A large private courtyard, not fenced, allows you to park two vehicles, or even three, in addition to that of the owner, at the entrance of the house. Other things to note The cost of the bag of pellets is now 5 Euros, we give you a discount of 2 Euros per bag consumed. The price per bag consumed will therefore be 3 euros, per unit, at your expense. A flat rate of 2 euros per day, for electricity (hot water radiators) is included, beyond that, the supplement will be at your expense. A meter reading is taken upon arrival. Mountain shoes are prohibited in the accommodation, old parquet floors everywhere. Pets are welcome, if well-behaved of course, the only restriction is: Beds, sofas and armchairs are forbidden to them. Linens are provided... Cleaning is provided by us, and reinforced, always as a preventive measure. Guests are asked to strip the beds, upon checkout, and empty the dishwasher, fridge and trash cans, and leave the premises in the condition they found them. Check-ins are usually in the afternoon, from 5pm to 7pm, we remain flexible according to the needs of guests, to be determined with them.
