The large balcony invites you to linger - morning sun until mid-afternoon. Dogs are allowed (extra charge for final cleaning). The apartment has a parking space - so your car also has a vacation. With the Davos guest card, local public transport is free and the nearest shops are less than 100 meters away. Also ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are easiest to reach on foot (no tedious parking search). The Premium Card from Davos Tourism is included in the offer (guest tax does not have to be charged additionally). The guest registers with Davos Tourism. Shortly after booking, a link will be provided that leads to the official Davos registration form. This should be filled out as soon as possible. On request, this can be arranged and will be charged for 30.00 per set (without bath linen - additional costs 10.00 for a hand plus bath towel). Payment terms by arrangement. The operation of the house is automated. The light in the stairwell is controlled by sensors. The heating is controlled via Wi-Fi. These settings cannot be customized. The apartment is therefore unsuitable for guests who do not like such automations (for example, for religious, health or cultural reasons).
