The house is located in Montefiore Conca, one of the most beautiful small villages in Italy ("orange flag"). A 5-minute drive away is Morciano di Romagna, a town that has all the necessary services (supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, petrol/gas stations). Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino and San Leo are also easily accessible. The house is located in a beautiful panoramic position, overlooking the sea and hills: it is an oasis of peace and serenity, surrounded by nature. The space A large flat garden, with a panoramic wooden terrace, welcomes our guests for parties, weddings, and cultural gatherings. Two sides of the house overlook a large porch facing the garden set up with tables. Inside the house, four spacious rooms (with the possibility of 5-4-3-2 beds) accommodate a maximum of 18 guests. The central room can be used for recreational meetings and training courses. The kitchen, complete with appliances and utensils, can be shared by guests, upon request, with an additional contribution. The property can also be rented entirely, with kitchen use included in the price, by groups of friends, relatives, students, work colleagues, sportsmen and so on. The gentle hills and the short distance from the Misano World Circuit racetrack make our home an ideal place to stay for cyclists and motorcyclists. For those who want to walk along paths, woods and hills, our house is located at a crossroads of paths well marked by the CAI, which show glimpses of the beauty of the Rimini hinterland. If you love horses, the Marignano Equestrian Center, an important riding school and international competitions, is the ideal place to visit. You can follow routes that lead to the tasting of excellent wines, oils and cheeses produced by local companies. Spiritual pilgrims, and others, can also find destinations of particular historical, artistic and religious interest in the sanctuary of Bonora (Holy Jubilee Door), in the church of San Paolo in Montefiore Conca and in the church of San Biagio in Saludecio, which houses the relics of Santo Amato. Guest access Guests can use all the outdoor spaces of the property (parking, large porch, garden, olive grove) their own booked room. For guests who request it in advance, it is possible to use the kitchen-living room shared with other guests who have requested it. The latter service includes a daily fee for the use of the kitchen per room. During your stay Our family lives on the upper floor with an independent entrance and separate from that of the guests.
