Casa Aguaymanto Agua consists of three beachfront houses in separate areas; they are not adjacent to or visible from one another. Two of the houses are used for up to six guests; one house does not have a sea view. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours, as some guests come to work or study during these months. Visitors are not permitted. We maintain a set of rules for keeping the property clean. The sea is approximately 25 meters in front of the house. The space Location: Beautiful residence located on the side of our private hill looking out towards the ocean. Easy access to the beach with just 40 steps from the open ocean and tide natural pools in mai just in front! The proximity to the sea by the geographical location, owning the back area allows a privilege of privacy. The units are enclaved in our hill with an incredible view. The ample private social area contains a living room, dining room, and kitchenette with all basics and necessities. The cozy living room opens to a grand private terrace surrounded by luscious vegetation; the private space allows for grilling, sun bathing, star gazing, or even using. No stairs inside each residence The residence AIRE is completely private. Big and private Garage area. Each unit contains its own common area with private kitchenette and private terrace. We wish to make your stay feel like home! Other things to note We have 2 dogs adopted in July 2018, "Canelo" and "Negra", very docile and playful. If they bother you, we can take care of them. To note: There’s fast WiFi in the residence. Abundant mosquito nets are provided for your convenience. Each room has a fan for greater ventilation Kayaks, paddles, bodyboards are free. -Canopies and chairs are provided on the shore only a 30 meters from your residence -You can also enjoy fresh seafood for lunch by asking the property manager the day before to find the artisanal fishermen in the morning.
