The space Welcome to our delightful two-bedroom, two-story cottage, tucked away on a secluded 5-acre property just 30 meters from our main residence. Recently revamped with thoughtful design, the cottage provides a secure undercover 2-car garage for your convenience. Inside, a generous open-plan living area effortlessly marries comfort and contemporary style. The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the essentials, including a dishwasher, full oven, cooktop, microwave, and a fridge. If outdoor cooking is your preference, a veranda with a gas BBQ invites you to relish mouthwatering meals while enjoying panoramic views. The bathroom, featuring a bath, shower, and toilet, conveniently connects to the main bedroom as an ensuite. Two queen beds grace the upper level—perfect for older children and active adults, although not recommended for small children or the elderly due to steep stairs. Additional sleeping space can be arranged in the main living area with two sofa lounges. Families with little ones are warmly welcomed! We can provide a high chair, porta cot, baby bath, and an assortment of kids' toys and games upon request. Entertainment is never lacking, as the cottage includes two televisions—one in the main living area and another in the master bedroom. For enchanting evenings outdoors, make use of the fire pit in the charming fairy garden above the cottage. Just let us know, and we'll supply firewood and firelighters for a memorable experience. We also have a newly constructed unground swimming pool that you are welcome to use! It is a shared pool that our little family also enjoys. Your comfort is paramount throughout the year. A split system in the living area offers both heating and cooling, while the master bedroom features a ceiling fan. The mezzanine bedrooms on the upper level are also equipped with their own brand new reverse cycle split system. Convenience extends to the laundry area, which includes a washing machine and an external clothesline, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful stay! Guest access Guest access: Guests have private access to the property through a secure gate and a separate driveway the leads through to the cottage. There is grassed area and a small front veranda at the front of the cottage, a double car garage for your private use. A code to enter the front gates will be sent to you prior to your arrival and the cottage will be open for you. Our little family lives not far away on site and we are available to help with anything you may require during your stay. Don’t hesitate contacting us with any queries.
