Papamoa Beach, 3 Bedroom family home with spa

Three bedroom brick and tile house in quiet culdesac 1km from the beach. Large lounge with massive lounge suite, wall mounted TV, DVD player, surround sound, books and magazines. Separate sitting room linked to kitchen and opening on to the outside area with BBQ, spa and outdoor furniture in a fully fenced yard. Master with king & ensuite, second room double bed , third room VERY FIRM SLAT double sofa bed. Two bathrooms and two toilets, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Unlimited WIFI The space All linen provided. This is our home, spaces will be cleared for guests but our possessions will still be around the house. Guest access Garage not accessible, but parking for two cars on driveway and street parking. Other things to note No pets allowed at this property. This is not a party house. The property is monitored and should the number of / or actions of guests not match those stated in the booking, guests will be asked to leave immediately. Whilst this may sound harsh after some incidents we feel this is appropriate. Please send through the breakdown and ages of guests and reason for visit with your booking request. Note there are two security cameras at the house - one at the front door and one overlooking the back garden area.
