Entry floor Entrance to the hall with room for hanging up coats. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a double bed with TV while bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a wider lower bed. Bedroom 1 also has access to the balcony. The bathroom is in stylish tiles & clinker in combination with timber and is equipped with toilet, sink with dresser, shower with glass walls and sauna. Adjacent to the entrance is a warm storage room that houses a drying cabinet. Upper floor This is the social floor where you want to stay and socialize where the kitchen, dining area and living room are in line with each other. The kitchen is equipped with an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, kitchen fan, oven and microwave. From the living room you also get to the balcony that offers nice views of Åreskutan. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a wider lower bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor equipped with toilet, sink, shower with shower walls and washing machine. Then turn off towards Sadeln, the first exit on the left. This property is then the second exit on the left.
