Restaurants, bars (can be audible at night) and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom can be reached via the hallway and is equipped with a toilet/sink In this bedroom there is a French balcony (floor-to-ceiling secured window) overlooking the World Heritage Site The space First of all: Please read our house rules and the description of the accommodation completely!!! Our accommodation has a lovingly furnished living room with a small separate dining area. There is also a dining table with four chairs in the kitchen (direct view of the World Heritage Site) and a cozy upholstered bench. Our kitchen is equipped with a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine (whole beans). All cabinets can be opened by touch function. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bedrooms both have box spring beds. (The second bedroom, as already described, can be reached via the hallway. So, like a small separate apartment. But only 2 meters from the main apartment via the same hallway. Furthermore, the second bedroom has a toilet with sink, etc., a small desk and TV.) In the hallway of the accommodation, there is a small work table that can also be used as a dressing table. When booking, please note that there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This is very pleasant for breakfast, cocktails, going out to eat, but sometimes also associated with noise until after midnight. If two bedrooms are required when booking for two guests, please let us know in good time. Then we can prepare and prepare the second bedroom for you. This will incur an additional cleaning fee of €19 to be paid on site. There are no additional settlement fees for bookings of three or more people. We ask that our guests read the description of the accommodation thoroughly You are in the lively historic old town! So in the middle of it! Unfortunately, we have no influence on funny people who walk through the streets at night and make some noise. Once again for safety reasons: the second bedroom can be reached separately from the apartment via the hallway !!!!! It's on the same floor! You will receive the check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. You will receive the numerical code on the day of arrival at 8 AM. Other things to note If the accommodation is booked for two people, but the additional second bedroom (accessible via the hallway) is used, an additional cleaning fee of €19 must be paid on site. Sorry, but just to be sure again: The kitchen cabinets have a touch function. By touch function we mean: press the respective surface of the cabinets to open them. Ideally in the middle at the bottom (for the upper cabinets) or in the middle at the top for the lower cabinets. There are no decorative facings. Behind each door there are dishes, pots, etc. Please do not place the kettle on the stovetop to heat it. I can only apologize, but there have already been questions in this regard, so here is this explanation again. The key safe must be opened to the front and the key removed. The key must be inserted into the lock with the smooth surface facing up. All operating instructions for the electrical appliances, as well as the Wi-Fi password, are located under the TVs. Otherwise, you can certainly ask Google. I am almost always available by phone, but after 10 pm and before 6 am it is sometimes difficult for me. Upon departure, please lower the heaters, turn off the lights and close the door. If you are arriving by car, you should reserve a parking space online beforehand. This is much cheaper than on site. There is also free parking in Moritzstraße, but this is usually a matter of luck.
