Single comfortable, private yet spacious room in a modern, quiet house in West Busselton. Very close to the heart of town & the beach. Tea/coffee is included and access to the kitchen for cooking . Easy off road parking! Easy local information too about Busselton, our historic jetty & the South West area including Margaret River is available in your room. The space There's a lovely shaded patio and a small garden area outside as well as off road parking on my property. My house is quite comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and a small heater in your room. Shared bathroom, separate toilet, both with locks! Tea, coffee & fridge usage included! Guest access Access to kitchen, lounge area, bathroom, laundry with washing machine, patio and garden. Also independent access to the house available! During your stay I'm willing to chat about this area & travel generally but can leave you in peace if you want! 🌝 You'll share the bathroom ( the doors have locks for privacy) and there's a separate lockable toilet. Share the lounge\ TV and dining areas with me if you want to especially if you are resting after exploring this beautiful area. Great location for exploring the Southwest of Australia.
