Feel the heartbeat of Dalmatia

Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. The space A home is a place where everything is as it should be. That's what I offer to our guests and nothing less. You'll have the whole house, free of high-speed WiFi internet access and a parking space. My house is in one of the three oldest squares in Jelsa. It is a part of a 300-year-old stone house and a courtyard. Above the main door is an old Latin proverb carved in the stone welcoming all guests as friends. "Iauna sum veris que non claudor amicis." "I am the door that is always opened to good friends." The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, toilette, living room, and a library. A cozy sofa can be turned into a bed (200x130cm). A small balcony gives a beautiful view of Jelsa’s old town and our garden. A spiral wooden staircase connects the ground floor to the second floor. Or a sleeping room and living room. The sleeping room has a queen-sized bed (160x200cm) and a large sofa, that can be stretched and used as a king-sized bed (200x180cm) The house is only 100 meters from the main square and the nearest seaside. 200 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, main bus station, taxi station etc. The closest beach is just 5 minutes walk from the house. The apartment includes: Living room area: - sofa bed - 2 armchairs - a small library - air conditioning unit - mirror -TV Kitchen area: - table and chairs - fridge with small freezer - kettle (water boiler) - coffee maker - cleaning equipment - umbrella - basket for grocery shopping - my homemade olive oil - my homemade wine Bathroom: - modern bathroom facilities - storage - hair dryer - iron Balcony: - air dryer (clothes horse) - 2 wooden chairs and a table Sleeping room: - queen-sized bed (160x200cm) - 2 night stands with lamps - sofa bed (can be turned into king-size bed; 200x180cm) - armchair - clothes hangers, shelves - 2 coffee tables We provide towels and linen. Guest access The whole house, balcony, and private parking area. The parking lot is around 300 meters from the house as the street where the house is located is too narrow for cars to pass. However, there is a drop-off spot 50 meters from the apartment where a car can be parked for half an hour if you want to take out your suitcases. Other things to note This is a private house in a quiet part of town, and we kindly ask our guests not to make noise after 10 pm. There are lots of places where you can party out. Not to mention beaches. In the end, we are all friendlier when we get a good night's sleep. Thank you in advance.
