The house is on a private road with its own parking for 2 - 3 cars and is less than 5 mins walk into the town of Whitby. There is a private walled front garden with sun terrace looking onto the river and marina, with a south east facing aspect it receives sun for most of the day. The space There are 4 double bedrooms all en-suite, 2 of which can be twin or double. The 1st floor en-suite has a walk in shower. Three of the bedrooms offer king-size beds. There is an additional (5th) house bathroom with bath on the ground floor.
