Our beautiful and welcoming RED Apartment, located on the upper floor, can accommodate up to 2 guests. Just a short walk from the sea and surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, away from stress and everyday hustle. The beautiful open view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres accompanies every moment of the day, creating a truly unique and atmospheric setting. The space The apartment is located in Ravni, Istria (Croatia) and has a total surface of 32 m² plus a 10 m² terrace. Renovated in 2015, it features a modern and functional interior. It includes one bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a sofa, TV and free Wi-Fi. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view. The beach is within walking distance, approximately 400 metres away. Guest access The property offers private parking just 10 metres from the apartment. In the garden, there is a shared barbecue area available for all apartments. In the immediate vicinity, about 20 metres away, there is a minimarket offering fresh daily products, open from mid-June to mid-September. In the village of Ravni, there are two restaurants: a beach grill restaurant located about 500 metres away, and the Bistro pizzeria approximately 800 metres away. For large supermarkets, a bank, post office, an indoor market with local products, a wider choice of restaurants, museums and other attractions, the town of Labin is about 12 km away. Ravni is an ideal destination for nature and sea lovers. Along the coast there are many beautiful beaches, several of which can be reached on foot via paths through the greenery and forest trails. The area is also well suited for walking and cycling, thanks to the presence of marked routes. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests are kindly asked to respect the apartment and common-sense rules, in particular to close doors and windows when leaving, turn off lights and air conditioning when not needed, keep the apartment tidy and dispose of waste regularly. In case of damage or issues, please inform us promptly. The barbecue in the garden is shared and must be left clean after use. Electric grills are not allowed inside the apartment.
