Cozy apartment at Rosenhoff, Grünerløkka

My warm and cosy apartment at Rosenhoff. Separate livingroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Quiet neigbourhood, but central. 12 mins walk to Grünerløkka and 5 mins to Carl Berner, with busses, tram and metro close by. There's even a glimpse of view from the livingroom window, that can show you some beautiful colours on the sky when the sun sets. The space The apartment is 42 kvm, located in a wonderful, old building. It's on the 1st floor, but at the same time it's high up from the ground. There is a big garden out front which is lovely to use in the spring and summer, it's also possible to barbeque there. Guest access Livingroom with TV and soundsystem, kitchen with all utilities and dishwasher, bathroom and bedroom availiable for guests. I will provide bedsheets and towels for you. The bed is 120 cm wide, so it's not the biggest, but suitable for a couple who doesn't mind sleeping close together, or for one person. It's also possible for one person to sleep on the couch. Other things to note Notice that this is my private home, so the apartment will have my personal things in it. It's rented out as it is, and as I rent my home to you, I expect you to respect it :) No partying.
