Our place is not a condominium/ apartment/ studio. Walking distance to Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Medical & Jaya Grocer The space We are located at residential terrace houses (modified to townhouse) at Jalan PJS 9/ 14, Bandar Sunway, next to Sunway Lagoon BRT station (3 minutes walk). Our place is not a condominium/ apartment/ studio. The private rooms are located at first floor of a double-storey terrace/townhouse with private staircase entrance. This listing is for one of the rooms out of the total 3 rooms available on first floor. Each room has their own attached private bathroom. The only common area shared with the other rooms is the living area/ pantry area on first floor and the private staircase entrance. Kindly be informed that ground floor has a locked separate private entrance, has residence and it is not for guests usage. We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation * Please inform your friends/ family/ guests, they can park at any roadside parking without yellow line (parking summons for those park at yellow line) as long as not blocking neighbours gate. Under normal circumstances, it is very hard for us to accommodate early check in or late check out arrangements. We run at over 90% occupancy, and our rooms gets a thorough cleaning and "reset" in between the hours of 11 am and 3pm. The agreement we have with the housekeeping crew allows some flexibility for them to "turn the room" in that 4 hours window, on their schedule. All that said, with a preferable 24 hour notice of early check in, we can have the cleaning crew clean this room first. The earliest check in upon request is 1 pm. Or, on the flip side, if you're requesting a late check out, we could request a later cleaning, and the latest we could allow is 12 noon. But they charge us for these urgent scheduling requests, and we pass these costs along to the person who requests the early check in or late check out. The cost is only RM 15 per hour of "early in or late check out." If you would like to request any special check in/out arrangements please let us know specially what time you would like to check in or out ASAP, so we can make sure to accommodate your request. Also, please be informed, that we do not have luggage storage facility. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation. Thank you.
