Other things to note ATTENTION SMOKERS: We want to provide a smoke free environment for our guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed within the building or in the room. If there is any sign of smoke smell in the home upon your checkout, we will assume there was smoking involved in the home. There will be a fine of $150USD if violated. This is non negotiable. If you would like to smoke, please find the nearest convenience store which is a 1 min walk from the apartment. You can freely smoke there.
