Description
Traditional Highland Bothy with sea views only 5 minutes from City Centre. Country walks on the doorstep, Culloden woods close by. The seashore is popular with dog walkers and bird watchers. One private bedroom with comfy double bed and one small double bed located in "snug" open plan room. Welcoming roaring open fire, lovely to return to after a brisk day's walking in the fresh sea air. Inverness City Centre is only a 5 minute drive, and there is a retail park close by. The space Traditional Highland salmon fishing Bothy, this cosy 200 year old detached cottage is set on a small working croft surrounded by trees and nature yet only 5 minutes drive from the City centre. Quiet and peaceful with lots to do on the doorstep, great for walkers or just for relaxing and getting away from it all. Access to the shore is just a short walk away, great for taking your dog to exercise and play. The Bothy also benefits from private front and side gardens for your pet to enjoy. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep, migrating geese, swans and ducks can be seen from the Bothy, great for bird spotting. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooker. There's an outdoor washing line and indoor airing cupboard. Bathroom with shower over. Open fire with firewood provided. Note that the bothy is heated with solid fuel which is supplied and guests need to be confident with lighting the fire. Instruction can be given. Outdoor seating areas, full access to both front and back gardens, BBQ area, with basic equipment supplied. Secure private parking for vehicles. Bus stop just a 2 minute walk from the cottage, taking you directly into City centre. Large retail park only 15 minute walk away with Tesco's, cinema, Frankie and Benny's etc. Guest access Guests are asked to respect other homes in the area and limit roaming to specified footpaths and roads. Full public access to the shore is just a short walk along the road. Dog friendly accommodation, however dogs are restricted to a maximum of TWO medium/large breeds and X3 toy/small breeds, please take your dog's bed and toys with you. Sorry but no Alsatians, Rottweilers or Mastiff type dogs. Other things to note All bedding and towels provided. Essential toiletries provided free of charge. Tea making facilities provided, tea, coffee, sugar, milk.. host available to help with any questions, can show guests how to light the fireplace.
