The apartment Located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence, this 70 m² double-aspect apartment benefits from two terraces—one facing east to enjoy the morning sun, the other facing west for aperitifs as the sun sets. There, you will find a table, chairs, and deck chairs to enjoy the outdoors in complete relaxation. Sleeping arrangements The bedroom has a comfortable 160-cm (5' 3") bed, ideal for a couple. The living room can accommodate two extra people, for a total of 4 guests. The kitchen Fully equipped to make you feel at home: Nespresso machine, large fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle. Everything you need to cook or simply prepare a picnic before heading to the beach. The bathroom Completely renovated last month, it combines comfort and modernity. Separate toilet for extra practicality. Parking — a real luxury in Collioure Two private parking spaces are included in the rental.
