It is a modern, fully equipped apartment, thoughtfully decorated with care and contemporary style. The apartment features three west-facing balconies and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults. The apartment offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) and air conditioning (hot and cold). The bright living room includes a Smart TV, a sofa bed for two guests, an additional single sofa bed, and air conditioning (hot and cold), providing flexible sleeping arrangements and year-round comfort. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils for preparing meals. The dining area features a table ideal for shared meals. The apartment has a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Shower gel is provided for your convenience. There is also ample storage space throughout the apartment. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a well-insulated building for enhanced comfort. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay. Other things to note Important information before booking This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge. Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Access & check-in Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees: • 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€ • 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€ • 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€ • After 12:00 AM: from 50€ Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM. Services & extras For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 39€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
