It has a bedroom with air conditioning and 55" TV (Netflix, IPTV), a very nicely decorated living room also with air conditioning, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The apartment offers all the comforts you are looking for, and is located in a central area with all kinds of shops. Great for a tourist or business stay.
