Key Amenities & House Rules: • Hygiene & Eco-Friendly Policy: To maintain high hygiene standards, rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Fresh bedsheets are provided with every new booking, and as part of our eco-friendly practice, they are changed every third night during extended stays to conserve water. Fresh towels are provided at check-in and we request that guests use them for at least 2-3 days before requesting a change. • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided, but due to the remote location, internet connectivity can be unstable at times. Please note, we are not responsible for any Wi-Fi disruptions during your stay. • Power Outages: Being in a hill station, Lonavala experiences occasional power cuts, especially during heavy rains. We provide an inverter for up to 3-4 hours of power backup, but please note that the AC and geysers will not function during backup. Regular pest control is conducted, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings.
