Fresh bedsheets are provided with every new booking, and as part of our eco-friendly practice, they are changed every third night during extended stays to conserve water. Fresh towels are provided at check-in and we request that guests use them for at least 2-3 days before requesting a change. • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided, but due to the remote location, internet connectivity can be unstable at times. Please note, we are not responsible for any Wi-Fi disruptions during your stay. • Power Outages: Being in a hill station, Lonavala experiences occasional power cuts, especially during heavy rains. We provide an inverter for up to 3-4 hours of power backup, but please note that the AC and geysers will not function during backup. We are not responsible for power outages beyond our control. • Private Swimming Pool: Perfect for relaxation. • Terrace: Large with stunning lake views. • Fully Equipped Kitchen: For Basic cooking like maggie,tea only (No Heavy Cooking) • Inverter Backup: Available for 3-4 hours during power outages. Additional House Rules: 1. Check-in: 2:00 PM or later | Check-out: 11:00 AM. 2. ID Required: All guests must present a valid government ID at check-in. 3. Payment: Balance payment and a refundable ₹5,000 security deposit are required at check-in. 4. Smoking: Not allowed inside the villa. 5. Parties: Party poppers are not allowed inside the villa. Please maintain noise levels. 6. Substance Restrictions: Strictly no drugs, paan, gutka, or tobacco are allowed on the property. 7. Damages: Any damage to the property or crockery will be charged. 8. Electricity Usage: Turn off all appliances when not in use. 9. Swimming Pool: Help us maintain the pool’s cleanliness by avoiding food or drinks inside. 10. Plucking Flowers/Fruits: Not allowed to preserve the natural surroundings. 11. Insect Control: The villa is in a natural setting, so insects may enter. Regular pest control is conducted, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the evenings. Cancellation Policy: • Full Refund: As Per Airbnb Policy • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in (including medical reasons). • Date Changes: Allowed only for weekday bookings (Monday-Thursday) with a 15-day prior notice.
