A cozy studio with a kitchenette, washing machine and private bathroom is a 7-minute walk from Lieutenant Schmidt's embankment, which offers panoramic views of St. Petersburg. All the necessary shops are within a walking distance. On the day of arrival, the guest is sent detailed check-in instructions with photos. Please note that a deposit of 2000₽ is charged, which is refunded on the day of departure no later than 3:00 p.m. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
