This apartments looks over a little garden, and it is composed of a kitchen-living room, one bedroom and an independent bathroom. There is a private entry directly from the garden. The bedroom is bright and airy with a door and window overlooking the garden. The private bathroom is big and comfortable. The apartment also contains a laundry room with a washing machine and all the needed accessories. The kitchen-living room also has a sofa bed that sleeps two. This part of the house is for guests who want to rent the entire apartment and have the ability to cook and if they need more space to sleep. For those of you who would like a cheaper option, we can rent just the bedroom with the private bathroom without use of the kitchen.
