10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for those wanting to stay in Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed. The property is available for short stays until end of February 2026 and after that for longer stays of over four weeks. The space The property is a small mid terrace house (70 sq m) built around 1900. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen with real fire, modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, a lean-to laundry room and a small courtyard garden. Bedroom 1 is at the front of the house and has a standard double bed and a z-bed if required (only suitable for a child who needs to be in same room as parents/carers). Bedroom 2 at the back of the house (no traffic noise) has two single beds. Both of these rooms are upstairs with the bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs at the front of the house and has a small double bed (most suitable for one adult but cosy for 2!) The kitchen area is fitted with all new appliances including a dishwasher, boiling water tap, fan oven, hob and microwave and it has double patio doors opening onto the small courtyard garden which is laid with artificial grass. There is a fire place for a cosy real fire and everything is provided for your first fire. After this wood can be purchased from Waitrose which is just over the road. A 'lean-to' utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and small freezer. This is also where you will find the outdoor chairs and cushions plus a small selection of games and books. There is good Wi-Fi throughout the house and a smart TV (inc Netflix) in every room. For longer lets (depending on occupancy) there is flexibility to make one of the bedrooms into a home office and the downstairs bedroom into a separate lounge. Please don't hesitate to message with any questions. Guest access The whole place is for your private use. Other things to note INFANTS: I am happy to accept babies and young children but the house is not toddler-proof which is why the listing states ‘not suitable for under 2s’. You would need to BYO equipment! Most importantly a stair gate. 👶 DOGS: Guests are welcome to bring their dog if they are happy to agree to our doggy house rules. These are.... Please, no dogs on furniture, not to be left alone in property and not to use the backyard as a toilet. There are many dog friendly cafes, bars and restaurants in Worthing and two parks and the beach near by. 🐶 PARKING may be available directly behind the house. It is unallocated on street parking, so spaces cannot be guaranteed. The bays are quite small, at a 45 degree angle and you will need to reverse out. They are not big enough for a large van. Permits are required during certain times and these will be provided for one car as required 🚘
