Pauline and family welcome you to the Paddocks Westerleigh. A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track. The space The accommodation has off road parking, wi fi, and comprises of an attractive entrance hall / sun room, leading into a good size fully equipped kitchen diner, and on into a comfortable lounge /bed sitting room , with a double bed and seating area, feature fireplace and TV, a double bed and walk in wardrobe space, and then through to the en suite bathroom with large shower cubicle . Guest access The annexe is let as self catering accommodation, with all towels and bedding supplied for the duration of your stay, and a welcome pack of continental breakfast goods on arrival. The well equipped kitchen provides everything you need should you wish to cook, however there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants within easy reach if you wish to dine out. Other things to note Please note that due to the design and furnishings of the property (double bed), the Paddocks it is only suitable for single occupancy or couples. It is also not pet friendly.
