Otherwise, security deposit will be forfeited. 3) No illegal activities are allowed in the property. 4) Prohibited keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator. 5) Please do not throw sanitary napkin or trashes into the toilet bowl to avoid clogging. 6) Kindly help us to keep at minimum cleanliness of the house. 7) Guests are responsible to take good care for the furniture, electrical appliances & other amenities when using it, as damages will be at your cost. 8) Love the EARTH & save energy by switching off the air-conditioner, water tap & other electrical appliances when you are away or not in use. 9) Kindly advise the owner if you would like to request for late check-in & estimate your time of arrival. 10) No smoking in the house, otherwise RM400 will be fined to guest. However, you are allow to smoke at balcony with ashtray as provided.
