Extremely comfy! *WE ALSO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL PORT-A-COT THAT YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE TO SLEEP A TENTH (small) PERSON!* SLEEP-OUT | The sunroom attached to the lounge hosts one single bed *PHOTO TO COME* LIVING SPACE | One large living space incorporating dining area as well as a sunroom (with plantation shutters) lining the back of the house. KITCHEN | Ridiculously spacious (with all mod-cons) including dishwasher. BATHROOMS | The main bathroom has a vanity, bath and shower with super hot water and excellent water pressure. The toilet is separate and features a hand sink. The second bathroom in located in the laundry. It consists of a shower and, again, separate toilet. LAUNDRY | Front loading (7.5kg capacity) washing machine, tub, cleaning products, iron and ironing board at your disposal. We will also leave our washing powder for your use. PARKING | There is an enclosed carport attached to the garage and plenty of free, off-street parking! Although our garage will be locked and not for guest use, our home is fully fenced with plenty of undercover areas for you to store any surfboards or beach equipment you may like to bring. DECK | We have a fantastic timber entertainers deck that provides a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Newrybar hills. Guest access Our home will be all yours to enjoy! Our guests will enjoy full access to all our appliances (including fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc) as well as bath towels, bed linen and all of our children's books and toys.
