We can only take guests who live in Thailand or have here in the country at least one month. This little eden is tugged away in the quiet residential area near Chiang Mai University. No kitchen nor cooking, just dining area with microwave and fridge. Absolutely no smoking and no smokers! The space This house was a retired home of my parents decades ago. It has been converted into a B&B that got 5 stars from Tripadvisors. However, finding a cook and live in housekeepers has been a big headache. Renting this out through AirBNB turns out to be the solution. Guest access Guests have an access to the breakfast room which can become a dining area for guests. There is a big fridge that guests can store food, a microwave and toaster but no kitchen. Free coffee from automatic machine is available. Guests are welcome to use the wooden deck area in our garden which can be reached from the Breakfast Room. The living room next to the breakfast room has a computer with internet and a printer. Guests are welcome to use the computer and internet with no extra charge but not the printer. Please do not use the printer. Wifi for the whole house is free of charge. Guests are welcomed to play the piano if you are good at it. No chopsticks or John Cage's stuff, please. The roof deck is off limit because of the entrance to it is rather unsafe. My own living area which is like an apartment is right below the house but is off limit to guests.
