A wonderful barn conversion that has everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Located 6KM from St Helens. A private rear paved deck looking out at the bush. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to cook home style meals. Beds - queen, 3 king singles and 1 single. You can see a variety of farm animals as well as wild parrots and wallabies that feed near the barn. The barn is located to the rear of OUR HOUSE. WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY AND AIDES IN THE BATHROOM. Guest access You are able to park your car right outside the cottage. If you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues there is a rubber ramp that allows for easy transition over the door insert into the cottage. All the rooms have wider than normal width doors for ease of access in a wheelchair. Other things to note We do allow pets that are house trained. Swanson Cottage does have a fenced yard and we have a bigger grassed area which is fenced where you could leave your pet for the day. On booking please advise about any pet/s. Any damages incurred by your pet will be billed to you. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE. We do provide beds and bowls for your pets. Phone reception can be hit and miss for Telstra phones but we do have reception for Optus. WIFI is now available however as it is satellite it has a limited amount of data each month. This will be fine to use for work purposes and normal internet use. It would not be suitable for streaming films or for gaming purposes. Instead, we offer Foxtel with Movies so you can still sit back and chill with a large range of options. Having said all of that - it is sometimes nice to get away from the noise of modern life.
