This 3-bedroom apartment offers 2 guest bedrooms, both with double beds, the kitchen is equipped for daily use, and the laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The living room has a large TV and sofa bed to relax with Netflix. 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. Easy free street parking. Pets are allowed upon request and for an extra fee. Events or unexpected visits are not allowed. Photo ID of all guests is required for registration. There is a Wi-Fi camera in the lobby that allows for self-check-in and cleaning management. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nexpresso coffee machine, Airfry, small blender, and all basic kitchen utensils are available. In the entrance closet, I have some gym equipment, such as a Pilates mat and ball, weights, elastic bands, and a TRX rope. For those who like to exercise outdoors, ask me by message and I will explain how to access the equipment. The laundry room consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothesline and clothes pegs, cordless vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. The laundry room only has the machines, I do not provide soap, the guest must buy their own components to use. In the kitchen, garbage collection is mandatory so as not to cause bad odors.
