A modern, beautiful, recently renovated attic with a terrace with wonderful views. 15 minutes on foot from Sagrada Familia, 5 minutes from Agbar Tower, 10 minutes from trendy Poblenou district. The space This tastefully decorated attic consists of a main room with an open kitchen, a dining table, sitting area with a smart TV, a high double bed, a desk and storage area; a bathroom; and a furnished terrace so that you can enjoy the beautiful views. Guest access Guests can access all the areas of the apartment and the private terrace. Other things to note UTILITY FEES An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference. LATE CHECK-IN: For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€ For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€ EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm). A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules. There is security system in the apartment that includes cameras that only captures pictures in case of intrusion. Guests have the option to cover the lens with a plastic cover but we recommend to keep it uncovered. Guests are kindly asked to take care of the indoors and outdoors plants. There is an automatic watering system for outdoors plants but on hotter days some plants might need more water. If obvious mistreatment is detected at checkout (i.e. several dead plants), an amount to replace them will be claimed. A rental contract outlining the rental summary as well as house rules will be signed prior to check-in.
