There is a public transport stop next to the house, there are shops, a supermarket, a market with local fruits and vegetables. You can walk to the Health trail to stroll through the forest along the sea, or walk along the Resort Avenue to the Circus, Winter Theater and the sea station. The apartment is ideal for active recreation and remote work (there is Wi-Fi, TV). The space The house is located among green hills overlooking the sea. Guest access The kitchen area has a fridge, gas stove, oven, hood, all necessary utensils for cooking. Other things to note From the stop you need to climb up the hill 100 m, and then 6th floor without an elevator. All for the beautiful view of the sea and green hills. Parking by the house is not large, but there are places during the day. You can always park near the bus stop.
