The space The villa is a historic house from the 19th century, consisting of three floors and some spaces below. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen with a historic fireplace, equipped with everything you need; a beautiful dining room and a lounge with sofas, television and stereo system. On the floor below there is a service bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor two large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. The rooms, thanks to the ancient structure and ideal exposure, allow an ideal temperature. Therefore they do not have air conditioning. On the second floor you will find its other large bedrooms, a bathroom and a room with wardrobes. The two bedrooms have air conditioning. In the relaxation room you will find cable TV with Netflix subscription, a DVD player with a wide selection of films and board games. Guest access In case of reservation of the whole house, guests can use the kitchen, living room with cable tv, laundry, private parking and garden. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and may be shared with the owners Other things to note One of us, a brother, has been running a historic restaurant in the center of Verona, Osteria Organetto, for 10 years.
