One of seven apartments with stunning views over a wild flower meadow towards the sea and the North Cornish Coast. The open plan living area has underfloor heating, log burner and a covered terrace. The bedrooms have zip link beds allowing them to be configured as twins or super king. One ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a cloakroom. Health Club with gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi included. Polzeath beach is a 10 minute walk. The space Viking offers golfers and guests a stylish, well-equipped retreat with panoramic views over The Point golf course and the North Cornish coastline. The modern kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge freezer, and combination microwave oven, making it ideal for group meals after a day on the course. A log burner adds warmth to the spacious living area, while expansive windows frame the beautiful surroundings. Outside, guests can relax on the covered terrace or enjoy the sheltered, south-facing lawned area. There’s a heated storage area for surfboards, wetsuits, and golf clubs, and private parking for two cars in the communal parking area. Please note that guests can enjoy the use of our Health Club, with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fully fitted gym free of charge. We run a range of fitness classes which can be booked separately at an additional cost. Tennis courts can also be hired on an hourly basis. Guest access Guests will have access to the property with a key which will be provided in a Lock Box upon arrival. Other things to note Please note the jacuzzi is in the Health Club Complex a few minutes walk from the apartment. The gym can be accessed without a booking and guests are invited to present at the Health Club reception where they will be allowed entrance. Please note, towels are not provided and guests will be required to bring their own.
