From the bedroom window you have a beautiful view of the Maremma - in clear weather you will even see the sea! On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, sinks, as well as cutlery/dishes/pots. They also have a dining area in the house, as well as outside on their own covered patio. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is available directly from the house. Guest access I have a 19 ha site surrounded by nature, with grapevines and over 2500 partly centuries old olive trees.
