U Studios Masterton (formerly Cornwall Park Motel) is a little slice of quiet heaven off the main drag of Masterton. With beautiful park like grounds and an outdoor pool we have 10 Motel style rooms and a standalone villa that sleeps 12. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request. Additional fees may apply. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and approval must be obtained prior to booking. Any pet-related fees not disclosed at the time of booking will not be waived. We will require valid photo identification prior to check-in in the form of Driver’s License or Passport and evidence of your booking reference for bookings made via all websites.
