Set up on the 3rd floor of the building. Silent place away from all the crowded cities, surrounded with trees and cool weather throughout the year.. located in heart of the most beautiful ashwem beach, with a whole lot of grocery stores, restaurants, beach shacks and wine stores within 5 mins distance. the rooms are fully set up as studio rooms and full privacy for the guests with friendly work from home environment and internet connection. Power back up is also available. The space The whole building is set up completely for the guests with 3 floors and 7 rooms.. Other things to note 1. Airbnb is a home stay, cleaning of the room should be done by guest during their stay. If the guest wants the room to be cleant during their stay then once in a week is free more than once is chargeable. 2. If the guest wants the linens to be exchanged, it will be provided every alternate day on request. 3. Any damages/breakages to the property and other items in the room should be informed to the host by the guest and must pay for the damage. 4. The check-in timing is 1 pm and checkout timing is 11 am. If the guest wants to increase their timing or leave their luggage (if the room does not have consecutive booking) then they will have to pay for those extra hours. 5. At the entry, there is a water tub kept for guests to wash their feet after coming from beach. 6. The towels in the room should not be taken on beach. Beach towels will be provided on request. 7. There will be water bottles kept in the room during arrival. Any more water bottles required should be paid by the guest. 8.
