Only a 16min Cycle/8min Drive to 'The Redwoods' - well known for its network of superb mountain biking and walking tracks. A 5min walk and you are at the 'Rotorua International Stadium'. The CBD is a 10min drive away, giving you access to a wide variety of restaurants and tourist spots. Although we are close, we are also far enough away from the sulphur smell. The studio can technically sleep 4 people, but with the sofa bed unfolded space is limited. Refer to photos The space Our listing is a fully self contained studio with a queen sized bed. It has a small kitchenette with a portable induction cooker, convection microwave oven, electric fry pan, toaster, kettle and Fridge/Freezer (along with plates/cutlery and utensils) Huge LED flat screen Smart TV as well as a Blue Ray player. If you want to borrow a selection of our Blue Ray dvds then you are more than welcome. Just so you don't have to worry about purchasing the small things, we have set up the usual (Tea/Coffee, Salt/Pepper, Water and Milk) to get you started. Our Studio is attached to our main house but doesnt have any internal access to it but has its own external lockable access. It shares a deck with the main house and we welcome guests to use it. There are security cameras around the property to make it safer for us and our guests. All of the cameras are outside and do not invade our guests privacy in their rented space. Guest access We are more than happy for guests to use the outdoor seating area on the deck if they would like. We have a bbq and bbq table for guests to use at their leisure (all we ask is that you clean up after yourself). We have a lockable shed that guests can use to store items in e.g Mountain bikes and other gear. Please advise us as much in advance as possible as we may need to shift some of our belongings around. Other things to note Please note that if you book for 2 guests we will assume you will both be sleeping in the same bed unless otherwise advised. If we aren't advised before hand, then the fold out bed wont be prepared. Also if you require use of the lockable shed, we need to know before your arrival just in case we need to make room as we currently use this shed also. As stated, this listing is suitable for kids of all ages, but you will need to bring anything required for them to sleep/eat in (crib, high chair....).
