Near lake and mountains

In a quiet hamlet less than 2 km from the lake of Aix-Les-Bains, house renovated in 2014, with 3 large bedrooms, large terrace, accommodating up to 8 people. Ideally located for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, beaches, gastronomy, ... The space Chiloé is a house that combines the rustic look of the buildings of yesteryear with the modern comforts inside. It is ideally located in a small village in the charming neighborhoods, 15 minutes walk (maybe a bit more on the way back because of the differential) from the lake (less than 2 km by car). The house is composed on the first floor of a spacious living room and a cozy lounge, as well as a WC, a super equipped kitchen and a large terrace exposed to sun in the morning and evening and in the shade during the hot hours. The second floor consists of a bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) and 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, and the third with 2 bunk beds. On the garden side, one part is private, the other is a lawn where children and parents can play quietly (+- 800m2). The house is equipped for children of all ages, with equipment (crib, park, bath, high chair, umbrella bed, cane stroller) and toys of all kind (board games, balls, racket games...) Dogs are allowed and should find their happiness between walks in the forest, swimming in the lake and lazing on the terrace. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire first and second floor (independent entrance), terrace and garden. The ground floor is a separate accommodation which is not accessible (host). Other things to note For children or eldery people : There are also small stairs inside (3 steps) from the dining room to the terrace, and from the dinning room to the livingroom. The garden is separated from the house by a small road that serves 3 houses. Please look carefully at the photos to have a better idea of those elements. The last details of the renovations are about to be finished (plastered on the terrace wall). We are in the country, sometimes there are agricultural and animal noises. For large groups: There are 2 toilets, but only one shower.
