Yet accessible within 15 - 30 mins into town. -Business travelers needing private/clean space in Sofia. - Amazing home working arrangement with work setups at the desk, sofa or balcony. Perfect for people working from home on the computer. - Situated near the Vitosha mountain, the area enjoys clean fresh air, a commodity not easily available in many parts of Sofia. There is also no telephone cell towers in vicinity. - Needing a private comfortable pad. - Sunny days feel exceptional at this pad. Great for sunbathing, chilling out, meditation, work concentration. Location ========= The location is great for people who like to walk/jog outside without having to do so among city traffic. Reaching the entrance of Vitosha park takes about 15 minutes walking back-roads with minimum cars passing by. You are likely to encounter 5 or less passing cars before you reach the park entrance. The apartment is located in the uptown area of Boiana and is therefore one of the safest places to walk around. The area is fairly quiet, devoid of heavy people and car traffic. Commuting to parts of Sofia. ============================ Since the apartment is located about 800 meters away from the nearest bus station you will have to use taxies or rent a car. - It is very quick to get onto the Sofia ring ( Okolovrastno ) and boulevard Bulgaria both of which give you quick access to Sofia. - Taxi fare is about 5 eur one way into much of Sofia town, including Downtown and the Business parks in Mladost. - Sofia downtown is about 7 km away and takes about 15 minutes into downtown by car/taxi, when traffic is light. During rush hours in the morning or after working hours it can be 20 - 40 mins. We can advise you if you tell us your commute location. - We can arrange for private on-call driver. Groceries and shopping ================== - Two- three super-markets are located within 1 km walking distance or about 1.5 km if traveling by car since you can take multiple routes. - There is a large fridge/freezer so it is best to shop for few days at a time. - There are many 24 hrs food delivery services in Sofia and we can advise. - Several large shopping centers are 10 - 20 mins away by car. Non-Smoking policy ================ - Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and you will have to keep the inside of the apartment clear from smoking. You will agree to visits to check up on that. - Inside of the apartment smoking is strictly forbidden. - If you are a heavy smoker or will be tempted to smoke inside/at-the-window, please for your sake better find a more suitable place. It is not possible to hide that was smoked inside. - If it is cold weather outside we can provide you with a strong outside heater for the balcony. - Smokers may need to leave a deposit and agree to an immediate lease termination policy. - Finally, for totally-obsessed-non-smokers be aware that some of the neighbors do smoke and some times it can be smelled on the balcony or in the building entrance.
