"RiverzRest" nestles in a much loved garden beside the Denmark River The studio is spacious, with peaceful views across the garden and over the river. It is a 15 min walk through the community park to the village, with its cafes (seasonal hours), art galleries and shops. We include your first light breakfast; cereal, homemade sourdough bread and condiments. It is accessed by a short walk through the garden i.e.down the Camellia Path (sorry but this is not suitable for wheelchairs). From all windows you have tranquil river and garden views.The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, electric skillet, kettle, coffee plunger and toaster but NO hotplates or oven. The bed is a comfy Queen Size. We will provide a complimentary “starter” light breakfast consisting of a mini homemade sourdough loaf of bread, butter, homemade jam, vegemite and cereal. Also included will be a coffee - plunger with ground coffee beans, plus instant coffee, tea, milk and fruit juice. There is a gas "Weber Baby Q" BBQ with hot plate and grill available for your use. Ideal if you pick up a steak or catch a fish... you can make a salad and WOW you have a fantastic meal at home. Guest access Your very private space has its own out-door cafe table setting plus you are able to access through the garden gate, right to the river edge. Please keep all gates closed! There is furniture around the garden for shared use from which you can reflect, relax and simply enjoy the space. Other things to note #Don't forget to bring something warm to wear as Denmark is generally a little cooler than locations further North. In fact its a good idea to bring layered clothing. #Denmark is a small rural "Tourist Town" and therefore cafes, restaurants and fast food businesses are not all open in the evening or indeed 7 days a week. #Laundry facilities available at the "Laundromat" in the village on Laverack Lane which is opposite the War Memorial. #And we do here at RiverzRest comply with Local Government Regulations I am an extremely happy host of an Airbnb listing!
